I discovered Keeling Timber a while back now as I was looking for an alternative to the usual 'big shed' supplier but importantly I needed a supplier that had the facility to cut any pieces I ordered as required. Keeling's fitted the bill perfectly. I have subsequently ordered materials from them a few times now, nothing big, just for general domestic projects and found them to be extremely friendly, very aware of what I was looking for and therefore very helpful. Despite the current Covid situation they have been able to supply me with everything I need an a timely and safe manner - very good Covid practice is in place. The addition of the online ordering system too was a pleasant surprise this time and everything you need, to include cutting requirements, can be entered. You can choose a date  and time to collect and you are provided with confirmations all the way. An excellent outlet with excellent service and one that I shall continue to use, over and above other options.

I've always been aware of keelings living close to it, but during the first lockdown I found it difficult to get materials from my existing suppliers so I tried keelings.
Their online shop allows you to search for all sorts of different size timber required for your jobs that other suppliers don't sell meaning less waste on projects.
The prices in my opinion are fair when comparing with other suppliers and they even offer a cutting service if required, they've cut sleepers in half for me and even 4x2 to make 2x2 beams for a screen I was creating.
Will is very helpful in the office and your order is always picked on time so you can just pull in pick your timber up and go, non of the messing around at other places having to pick your stock yourself then load it up then queue to pay.
There's a new payment system online now which makes it even easier to pay for your timber.
I go online to keelings to price and look up most jobs I do with timber now.
They can to delivery within a couple of days if you require but I find the click and collect the fastest and easiest.

Ordered and delivered within 24 hours. Didn't need to be home to sign for goods. Excellent Quality, Excellent service. Would highly recommend . Most definitely use this company in the future when the need arises.. 👍

Unbelievable service. I had some timber from Keelings a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the ease of ordering and the speed of the delivery. I placed another order at half one today and it was with me by three o'clock! Had to give them a call to tell them its the fastest I've ever received something I've ordered, 50 lengths of timber too so a decent sized order!!. Absolutely fantastic.

Had been waiting for sleepers to come into stock. Will contacted me when back in stock. Ordered online the same day and they were with me the following afternoon. At the same time, ordered some T&G to make a small gate. Will arranged for the lengths to be cut to size so I'd not have no waste.

I recently purchased some decking boards from here.  I found Will very helpful and manged to work to get my boards ready very quickly.  The delivery was very prompt and the delivery driver was polite and unloaded the boards exactly where i wanted them.  Great business and will be my go to for future timber needs.

Very positive buying experience. Ordered my decking online, easily and quickly. Got confirmation soon after that it was all ready for pick up. Went there to collect. Told to go to a ‘bay’ and see ‘Will’. Great young guy; nice, helpful, very personable, and friendly, with a very positive personality. He loaded up my car super quick, and then I spontaneously enquired about wood suitable for shelving. Will immediately showed me the options and explained prices, and I decided to buy. It was no trouble at all for Will to cut them for me to size.....all 15 of them lol; top man.
